October’s Fairyloot Unboxing

The theme for October’s Fairyloot was Beautiful Deceptions. For me I didn’t really have any clue on what would be included in this box because in most YA books there are some pretty good deceptions and to limit it down to just a few is very hard. Also I had no idea on what book would be featured but I was happy to hear that it was another exclusive edition especially for this Fairyloot box.

Unboxing

The first item in the book was this Exclusive Aelin Candle by Nerd Poured Candles. The candle is from the Throne of Glass series by Sarah. J. Maas. The lemony scent is really refreshing and I very strong, I can’t wait to light this candle and while reading a good book.

The second item in the book was this Exclusive Faerie Deck of Cards featuring art from Emily Haynes and in collaboration with FictionTeaDesigns. The deck of cards is based around the book The Cruel Prince by Holly Black and I really like the designs. This sort of item has never been included before and I think its amazing.

The third item were these Exclusive Deceptive Queen Socks by Fairyloot. The socks are inspired by the Red Queen series by Victoria Aveyard. Socks are always a great item to included in boxes and the design for these socks match the Red Queen cover so they do look really nice.

The next item was this Exclusive Stories Keychain by KDP Letters. I think this is one of the biggest keyrings I have ever got in a book box. But I have to say its very eye catching and I think it would be really hard to lose your keys if you have this key ring attached them.

Another item included in the box was this Exclusive Mourners Beanie by FictionTeaDesigns and Fairyloot. The beanie is inspired by the Six of Crows series by Leigh Bardugo. It’s nearly winter so its going to come in pretty handy soon. It feels nice and soft and will hopefully keep my head and ears nice and toasty on a cold day.

The final bookish item included in this box was this Wren’s Secrets Tea by The Tea Leaf Company. The tea is a blend of peppermint green tea and it smells divine.

The book included in this months box was Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan. It is inspired by Asian mythology and about a girl who is taken from her home to become a concubine to a demon king. This edition was exclusive to this box because it has an exclusive cover, sprayed edges and is signed by the author.

Overall Thoughts

I think this months box was jam packed with great items and I really liked how most of the items were something that is not normally included in a Fairyloot box. Again the items are exclusive to the box which makes buying this box worthwhile. I love that the book is another exclusive edition with a different cover, sprayed edges and its even signed by the author, so I think this box is most definitely worth the money.

If you are thinking to subscribing to FairyLoot then I would suggest signing up to their Newsletter and they will get in contact with you with new themes and the date for when the boxes become available to order.

Fairyloot

I have already subscribed to the next box, which has the theme of Battles and Galaxies. I am excited to see what items they have planned to featured in the box because I love the theme title and the suppliers that have been revealed looks like its going to be a great box.
