I know I am very late in posting this unboxing, it is nearly the end of November and I am only finally getting round to posting the box I received in August. The theme for August’s Fairyloot box was Mutinous Pirates and for me this theme was something new and exciting because it was something completely different from what we have had in the past few months.

Unboxing
The first item was this Exclusive “Why is the rum gone?” Water Bottle designed by KDP Letters. The quote on the bottle is inspired bu the infamous pirate Captain Jack Sparrow from the Disney Pirates of the Caribbean film. I really like this item a lot! its something different and it fits in really well with the theme.

The second item was this Exclusive Prince Elian Candle by Nerd Poured Candles. The candle is inspired by the pirate prince Elian in To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo. Again this candle fits in with the theme really well and it has such a nice fresh smelling scent.

The third item was this Exclusive Pirate Wax Seal by Fairyloot. The seal has a pirate themed symbol and comes with some fancy gold wax. I love the originality of this item and it has to be one of my favourite items to ever be included in a Fairyloot box. It might not be something that I would get round to ever using but I still really like this item.

The next item included in the box was this Exclusive Sweet Peat Sugar Scrub Soap by Geeky Clean. Apparently we will understand this item a little more when we have read the book that is included in this months box. But I have given this sugar scrub a go and it smells really nice and its something completely different.

Also included in the box was this Exclusive ‘Impossible’ Hanging Flag designed by Reverie and Ink. The quote featured on the flag is from Nikolai Lanstov from the Shadow and Bone trilogy. This item did arrive with a spelling mistake error, but we are being sent a corrected flag as soon as they become available. I really like the quote and it makes me want to read the Shadow and Bone series again.

The final bookish item included in this months box was this Exclusive Pirate Magnet designed by Miss Phi. The magnet features a quote from Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller. I love the design of this magnet and the quote is also really interesting.

Finally the book that was included in this months box was These Rebel Waves by Sara Raasch. It is an epic story inspired by the Spanish Inquisition and is full of pirates, magic, adventure and mutiny! This edition is also an exclusive edition just for Fairyloot because it has green sprayed pages and is signed by the author. The book also came with a letter from the author, a botanical plant card and exclusive artwork by Taratjah.

Overall Thoughts
I really liked the item included in this months box. Everything fitted in really well with the theme and there was a range of new and different items. I really liked the bottle and the wax seal because them sort of items have never been included in a Fairyloot box before. I really liked the the book this month was actually signed by the author instead of a book plate and that this edition had vibrant green sprayed pages.
If you are thinking to subscribing to FairyLoot then I would suggest signing up to their Newsletter and they will get in contact with you with new themes and the date for when the boxes become available to order.
Fairyloot
I have already subscribed to the next box, which has the theme of Starcrossed Swoons. I am excited to see what items they have planned to featured in the box because I love the theme title and the suppliers that have been revealed looks like its going to be a great box.
