This month I know will be a busy month for me at work so I didn’t want to give myself too much to read and not be able to get it all read before the end of the month. I have gone for six books that I think will be perfect because they are not that long and I they all have something that I will enjoy reading after a busy day at work.
The books I plan on reading in December-
The Worldmaker Trilogy by Lucy Hounsom

I am reading The Worldmaker Triology this month because I am taking part in a Storygram tour. I have heard some really great reviews about the first two books so I hope to read the entire series over the next few weeks. I think I will enjoy this series because it sounds like it’s going to be a really interesting fantasy series, and I love reading new fantasy books.

Frostblood and Fireblood by Elly Blake

Frostblood will be a re-read for me because I read it late last year, but I wanted to read it again to refresh my memory before diving into Fireblood. Last year Frostblood was one of my favourite reads of the year and I am hoping that Fireblood will be the same for this year.

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern
The circus arrives without warning. No announcements precede it. It is simply there, when yesterday it was not. The black sign, painted in white letters that hangs upon the gates, reads:
Opens at Nightfall
Closes at Dawn
As the sun disappears beyond the horizon, all over the tents small lights begin to flicker, as though the entirety of the circus is covered in particularly bright fireflies. When the tents are all aglow, sparkling against the night sky, the sign appears.

Everyone has said how amazing The Night Circus is and I’ve been itching to get it read and for some reason I feel that this month is the right time. I love anything to do with circuses and magic, so I think and hope I enjoy this as much as other people have. The copy I have is a second hand copy so if I do enjoy it then I will have to go out and treat myself to a brand new copy.
