This book is perfect. James Bond is back to his best as he was when Ian Fleming was writing him. The past 3 James Bond books have been lacking something whether it was a good story or just the essence of James Bond. Trigger Mortis has both the perfect story as well as the perfect Bond. The book is full of the usual James Bond characters and and introduced some brilliant new characters.
Trigger Mortis is full of action, stunning locations and great characters. This is one of the best James Bond books not written by Ian Fleming and Anthony Horowitz should be proud he did Ian Fleming’s James Bond justice. I hope Anthony Horowitz stays on to write more James Bond books because I would definitely read them.
