I had a copy of this given to me from netgalley for an honest review.

First off this book is an unusual book to read. Instead of a normal narrative it’s full of diary entries, letters, interviews and videos. It’s very different to read but it is also a refreshing read. It’s something different but very enjoyable.

I don’t want to go into the story because I don’t want to give anything away but it’s very eerie and haunting. With the different narratives to me it makes it more spooky and creepy. As you read through the diary entries the darkness of the story slowly start to cover you and you become absorbed. Sometimes I had to stop and tell myself that’s it’s only a story because I was getting a little creeped out.

This book is a chunk of a book and can be daunting for some readers. But don’t be put off by the length of the book because it is definitely worth the read if you love a spooky, haunting read

I rate this book 4/5 stars
